İade Politikası

Kısaca: Pro aboneliği dijital bir hizmettir ve satın alma anından itibaren hemen kullanılabilir; bu sebeple iadesizdir. İstediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin — dönem sonuna kadar Pro özelliklerini kullanmaya devam edersin. Kanuni cayma hakların aşağıda açıklanmıştır.
1. Genel Kural
am tablatures Pro aboneliği dijital bir hizmettir. Ödeme yapıldığı anda AI kotaları açılır, atölye ve analiz özellikleri kullanıma sunulur. Bu nedenle satın almalar genel olarak iadesizdir.
2. Türkiye'de Cayma Hakkı (6502 s. Kanun)
6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamında mesafeli sözleşmelerde 14 günlük cayma hakkın vardır. Ancak Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m. 15(1)(ğ); "elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetler" için cayma hakkını, tüketicinin önceden onayıyla ifaya başlanmışsa ortadan kaldırır.
Pro aboneliğini satın alırken, checkout ekranında bu onayı açıkça verirsin. Bu sebeple Türkiye'de ikamet eden kullanıcılar Pro aboneliği için cayma hakkını kullanamaz. Ancak alt bölümdeki istisnai iade durumları geçerlidir.
3. AB/Birleşik Krallık'ta Cayma Hakkı
AB veya Birleşik Krallık'ta ikamet ediyorsan Tüketici Hakları Direktifi (2011/83/EU) kapsamında 14 günlük cayma hakkın vardır. Aynı şekilde derhal dijital teslimatı onaylayıp cayma hakkından açıkça feragat ettiysen (checkout sırasında) bu hak düşer. Feragat etmediysen 14 gün içinde aşağıdaki iletişim kanalından iade talep edebilirsin.
4. İptal
Aboneliğini istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin:
- Uygulama içindeki "Aboneliğimi Yönet" bağlantısından
- Satın alma onay e-postandaki Lemon Squeezy müşteri portalı linkinden
İptal ettiğinde:
- Mevcut fatura döneminin sonuna kadar Pro özellikleri açık kalır.
- Bir sonraki dönem için ücret kesilmez.
- Kullanılmayan günler için kısmi iade yapılmaz.
5. İstisnai İadeler
Aşağıdaki durumlarda, yazılı talep üzerine, makul bir süre içinde iade değerlendiririz:
- Çift tahsilat (aynı abonelik için iki kez ücret çekilmesi)
- Teknik bir hata nedeniyle hizmeti hiç kullanamama
- Yetkisiz kart kullanımı (kanıt gerektirir; kart sahibinin bankasıyla da çalışılır)
- Yanlışlıkla farklı plan (yıllık yerine aylık vb.) satın alma — bildirim 72 saat içinde yapılırsa

6. Chargeback Hakkında
Lütfen önce bizimle iletişime geç. Bankanda chargeback (ters ibraz) açman, Lemon Squeezy tarafından hesabının askıya alınmasına ve ileride tekrar abone olamamana yol açabilir. Çoğu sorun doğrudan çözülebilir.
7. Ödeme Sağlayıcısı
Tüm satışlar, ödemeler ve iadeler Lemon Squeezy Inc. (ABD) tarafından Merchant of Record sıfatıyla işlenir. Fatura Lemon Squeezy tarafından kesilir ve KDV dahil tutar tahsil edilir. İade onaylandığında ödeme, aynı ödeme yöntemine Lemon Squeezy tarafından iade edilir (genellikle 5–10 iş günü içinde).

Refund Policy
Effective: April 21, 2026
TL;DR: The Pro subscription is a digital service that is delivered immediately on purchase, so it is non-refundable. You can cancel anytime — you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Statutory withdrawal rights are explained below.
1. General Rule
The am tablatures Pro subscription is a digital service. AI quotas unlock the moment payment is made, and workshop and analysis features become available. For this reason, purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. Right of Withdrawal in Turkey (Law No. 6502)
Under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, distance contracts grant a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation removes that right for "services performed instantly in the electronic environment" when performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent.
When you buy the Pro subscription, you explicitly give this consent at checkout. As a result, users resident in Turkey cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the Pro subscription. The exceptional refund cases below still apply.
3. Right of Withdrawal in the EU/UK
If you reside in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This right likewise lapses if you consented to immediate digital delivery and expressly waived the right at checkout. If you did not waive, you may request a refund within 14 days via the contact below.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via:
- The "Manage Subscription" link inside the app
- The Lemon Squeezy customer portal link in your purchase confirmation email
When you cancel:
- Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charge is taken for the next period.
- No partial refund is issued for unused days.
5. Exceptional Refunds
We will consider refunds upon written request, within a reasonable period, in these cases:
- Double billing (the same subscription charged twice)
- Complete inability to use the service due to a technical error on our side
- Unauthorized card use (evidence required; we coordinate with the cardholder's bank)
- Accidental purchase of the wrong plan (e.g. monthly instead of yearly) if reported within 72 hours

6. About Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank can lead Lemon Squeezy to suspend your account and prevent you from subscribing again. Most issues can be resolved directly.
7. Payment Processor
All sales, payments, and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy Inc. (USA) acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy issues the invoice and collects the price inclusive of applicable VAT. When a refund is approved, Lemon Squeezy returns the amount to the original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days).
